Communication & Rollout Plan
We help you create a district‑wide communication plan, including messaging, timelines, and templates for schools to share with families. Our goal is a consistent, easy‑to‑understand experience across all buildings.
Step 4:
Ordering & Coordination
Parents and/or district staff place orders through a streamlined online system. We work with your team on requirements, purchase processes, and reporting as needed.
Step 5:
Packing & Delivery
EduKit builds, packs, and ships kits as agreed. Deliveries are scheduled to arrive at each location based on their individual calendars, ensuring supplies arrive in time for the first day of school.
Step 6:
Support, Review & Continuous Improvement
Our team is available throughout the process to resolve issues quickly and gather feedback. After your first season, we review results with you and recommend refinements for the following year.
