Return and Exchange Policy for PTA-, PTO- or School-Coordinated Pre-Packaged Supply Kit “Ship-to-School” Program Purchases

The Ship-to-School Process: At EduKit & School Tool Box, we custom-build each kit/box (“Kit”) to ensure students receive the exact supplies their teachers request for their classes. Each Kit for each school is built based on the orders received. Once all orders for a school are processed and packed, they are shipped to the school, ensuring students have the supplies they need on the first day of school.

We understand plans can change, and we're here to make the process as easy as possible. Here's how we can assist you if something changes between the time you place your order and when it’s delivered.

For orders placed through our ship-to-school program, we are unable to cancel orders after the school's ordering deadline has passed. From the time you place your order until the school’s ordering deadline, we can cancel your order for a full refund.

After the School’s ordering deadline, you will need to;

Return and Exchange Policy for “Ship-to-Home” ecommerce Purchases (including PTA-, PTO- or School-Coordinated Pre-Packaged Supply Kit “Ship-to-Home” Program Purchases)

We want you to be happy with your product. If there is anything wrong with any of your items, we will send you a replacement free of charge. If, however, you'd just like to return your order, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and a full refund for returned items will be issued back to your original form of payment upon receipt. All we ask is that you cover return shipping. Items returned after 30 days may be charged a restocking fee.

Return Condition

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Kits returned with missing or used items may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: EduKit & School Tool Box will not be responsible for any lost package during the return shipping process. Kits must be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to work with the shipping provider; however, we cannot be responsible for the product once it leaves our care.
